England elect to bowl, Bhuvneshwar replaces Umesh
January 19, 2017

England captain Eoin Morgan has won the toss and elected to bowl against India in the second ODI in Cuttack.

The visitors believe that dew could play a part in the second half of the match and that seems to have had a bearing on their decision to bowl first.

India have made one change to their line-up as Umesh Yadav gets a break, making way for fellow pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

England have also made one change with medium pace all-rounder Liam Plunkett taking the place of leg-spinner Adil Rashid.

India lead the series 1-0 following their three-wicket victory in Pune when they chased down a mammoth 351 for victory courtesy of magnificent centuries from Virat Kohli and Kedar Jadhav.
