India 81-6 (39 ovs) vs SA 286 | ScorecardPandya
is beaten all ends up by a special delivery from Steyn, full and moving
away as the right-hander plays down the inside line.
The next
ball again moves away late as Pandya is squared up yet again and this
time the Proteas appeal for caught behind which is upheld. Pandya
immediately takes the DRS and rightly so with the ball having flicked
his thighpad before being taken by the wicketkeeper.
Pandya shuffles across slightly and is nearly squared up again but he manages to block the full delivery.
That was a real testing over the master Steyn and Pandya does well to survive it.
Philander
does it again in his next over. This time Ashwin is drawn into the
drive and he gets the edge as wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock comes up with
a stunning diving catch, taking it just in front of the first slip.
Ashwin walks back for 12 as India slip to 81 for six, still trailing South Africa by 205 runs.
