Live Scorecard:

A boundary by Cook off Ashwin, his seventh, helps raise the 50-run partnership for the third wicket. The more these two batsmen occupy the crease the better it is for the visitors.

Cook reaches his ninth ODI fifty with a single off Kumar. Just 29 runs come off the bowling powerplay, taken between the 16th and 20th overs.

Ravindra Jadeja is brought into the attack in the 21st over, replacing Kumar (7-1-34-1).

A whopping 150 runs came off the final 15 overs as India completed overturned England's initial advantage.

It's an uphill task for the visitors now.

Live Scorecard:

The 26th over, bowled by Swann, is a maiden - the first of the match.

Swann, in fact, has been bowling pretty well and his effort has rubbed off on Samit Patel, who after a poor start seems to be getting back some control.

The pressure applied by the spinners takes its toll when Patel has Kohli (37) caught by Pietersen in the long-off boundary. His dismissal ends a 44-run partnership for the fourth wicket that came off 11 overs.

India 124 for four after 29 overs.

15:59
Live Scorecard:

Dernbach and Swann have put the brakes on scoring. The former has conceded just nine runs in his first three overs and the latter has gone for only six in his opening two overs.

It comes across as a surprise, therefore, when Samit Patel is brought in to replace Dernbach in the 15th over. Patel concedes seven runs first up, with Gambhir hitting his fourth boundary, wide of long on on this occasion.

Batting powerplay is taken in the 17th over and it is Bresnan to bowl. Dernbach bowls the second powerplay over and strikes fifth ball, trapping an over-ambitious Gambhir (32) plumb in front.
