India 227-4 (100 ovs) vs England 330

Another session when India didn't lose a single wicket. Dhoni and Kohli also ensured that they scored at a good rate as they made 81 runs in 27 overs at three runs per over to take India to 227-4 in 100 overs at the tea break.

The duo have now put on 156 runs in 68.2 overs to lead India's fightback.

Dhoni must be lauded for his superlative effort with the bat as he made 75 from 186 balls. There were so many question marks over his place in the side and his captaincy but he has answered them with the bat.

Kohli also broke his run of poor scores with a matured innings of 77 from 234 balls to put India slightly ahead.

The biggest dilemma for England is whether to attack or defend. If they try to attack with a few close-in fielders then there is a possibility of runs being scored quickly and if they try to defend, then the Indian batsmen are milking the bowlers around with ease.
