VVS Laxman out for 23, Hyderabad in trouble

Punjab medium pacer Amitoze Singh took three wickets including the prized scalp of VVS Laxman to leave Hyderabad in trouble at Mohali.

Laxman, who has retired from international cricket but will play Hyderabad this year, made 23 from 30 balls before he was trapped leg before wicket.

Amitoze also took the wickets of Laxman and Syed Quadri (0) with successive deliveries to leave the visitors in trouble at 169-5 in 61.3 overs.

He had earlier taken the wicket of Ravi Teja for 36 to register impressive figures of three for 23 in 7.3 overs.
