The visitors end the day on 111 without loss (38 overs), 219 runs adrift of the Indian total with all their second innings wickets intact.

Alastair Cook is unbeaten on 74 and giving him company is young debutant Nick Compton on 34.

Ojha is unlucky as Compton (on 23) is dropped by Kohli. He is not happy as well when umpire Aleem Dar doesn't heed to his leg before appeal regarding Cook (on 41).

A boundary off Ojha helps Cook reach his 30th Test fifty, his fifth against India.

England 81 without loss after 30 overs.

Compton employs the reverse sweep to good effect to get a boundary off Ashwin. Two balls later, Cook hits Ojha over midwicket for another boundary.

Ojha suffers an injury while fielding. He hurts his right arm and goes off the field. Only to be back a couple of overs later.

A boundary by Cook (off Ashwin) helps his side get past the 50-run mark.

England 53 for no loss after 19 overs.

Pragyan Ojha shares the new ball and starts with a maiden as well.

A couple by Cook behind square helps England open their second innings account in the third over.

So India has expectedly imposed a follow on.

Ojha cleans up Prior (48) for his fifth wicket as England is bowled out for 191.

It is Ojha's fourth five-wicket haul in Tests.

India have a first innings lead of 330.

Stuart Broad hits Ashwin for a boundary and a six over long-on in one over to ease the pressure.

Broad and Prior have put together a good little partnership of 43 for the ninth wicket. But just when things looked up for England a horrendous decision ends the partnership.

Aleem Dar gives Broad (25) out leg before to Zaheer. The ball was clearly going down the leg side. This is the second woeful decision after Samit Patel's.

England 188 for nine after 74 overs.

Ojha finally provides India a breakthrough in the post lunch session, having Tim Bresnan (19) caught by Kohli at gully.

Bresnan's 60-ball knock was inclusive of two boundaries and he helped Prior put 47 runs for the eighth wicket, the best partnership for the innings.

The visitors reach the 150-run mark in the over.

England has been predictably cautious in the second session.

Ashwin is unlucky not to get a fourth wicket when Sehwag drops Bresnan (on six) at first slip.

He strikes in his first over, having Samit Patel (10) trapped leg before.

Ashwin replaces Zaheer (3-2-1-0) in the attack in the 36th over.

Cook hits Ojha to the fence in the next over, the first England boundary in 56 balls and 40 minutes.

However, the England captain doesn't last long either, Ashwin having him caught by Virender Sehwag at first slip.

Cook's 109-ball 41 was inclusive of seven hits to the fence.

England 81 for six after 40 overs.

Zaheer Khan replaces Ashwin (5-4-5-0) in the attack in the 30th over - after 34 minutes of the day's play.

However, it is Ojha who provides India the breakthrough with a beauty that rattles Pietersen's (17) middle stump.

The fourth wicket stand is restricted to 39. The hosts get their first wicket after 47 minutes of action. They don't have to wait long for their second.

Ojha strikes in the next ball, having Ian Bell (0) caught by Sachin Tendulkar at mid-off. Samit Patel survives the hat-trick ball.

England 69 for five after 33 overs.

It's double spin to start with for India. R Ashwin to bowl the second over. It's a maiden first up from the offie.

Ojha and Ashwin keep things tight with Pietersen trying to break free sans success. KP almost tries to throw his wicket away on a couple of occasions but is fortunate.

He does manage to hit Ojha to the mid-on fence to help his team get past the 50-run mark.

Cook eases the pressure with a boundary each of Ojha and Ashwin.

England 67 for three after 28 overs.
