England 1st inns:49-0 (21 ovs) vs India 327

Cook gets a streaky boundary as he looks to cut Ashwin but the thick outside edge flies past Virat Kohli at second slip.

Zaheer bowled a first spell of five overs for six runs before he gave way to Ojha from the press box end.

Meanwhile, Cook jumps down the track to Ojha and lofts him down the ground for the first six of the England innings.

Compton has a close shave as he chips down the track to Ashwin, who is bowling round the wicket, and is beaten in the flight but somehow gets a thick outside edge that goes past Sehwag at first slip for a boundary.

Cook continues to build England's good start as he jumps down the track yet again to Ojha and lofts him over mid-on for a four to take his score to 29 with the help of five fours and a six.

Compton seems to have taken a cue from Cook as he gives Ojha the charge and lofts him over mid-on for a boundary.

England look comfortable on 49 for no loss in 21 overs, with Cook on 29 (66 balls) and Compton 20 (60 balls).
