India 2nd inns: 46-2 (12 ovs)

Tendulkar is clearly struggling out in the middle against Panesar, who had bowled him in the first innings. Gambhir took a single from the third ball and Tendulkar let the fourth ball go through to the keeper. Tendulkar then attempted a reckless paddle sweep, missing the ball completely, that was a nervous shot from the veteran.

Tendulkar is then beaten completely by another beauty from Panesar as he looks to defend off the backfoot but the ball spins right across him. Wicketkeeper Matt Prior took off the bails as Tendulkar's backfoot was off the crease for a brief while but came down just in time and the third umpire took his time before turning down the appeal. India not breathing easy at the moment!

Tendulkar then calms down everyone with two boundaries in Panesar's next over. The first one was a trademark straight drive back past the bowler and he flicked the next past the short fine leg fielder. Suddenly the chants of "Ohhhhh" are turned into "Sachin, Sachin".

Panesar then bowls another screamer that turns and bounces viciously after pitching and Tendulkar gets his bat out of the way in time. Superb contest out in the middle. Tendulkar forced to bring all his experience into play to keep India in the hunt.
