Dan Christian is the new bowler. He bowls a short ball on the pads which Charles helps round the corner for a boundary past the short fine leg fielder.

But Christian provides Australia with the much-needed breakthrough as he claims the wicket of Charles. The right-hander rocks back and tries to defend the short delivery but somehow plays it back on to his stumps to be bowled for 16.

Marlon Samuels starts off with a simple before Gayle makes him and crashes Christian through the covers for a boundary.

Gayle also gives himself room but defends a slower delivery that is full and on his pads. The last ball is short which Gayle tries to pull but fails to connect and they steal a single.
