Mystery spinner Akila Dananjaya comes into the attack now. He is just 18 but has already becomes a huge sensation in Sri Lanka. Three months back he was bowling in the nets where Jaywardeene spottted him and fast tracked him to the national team.

The young spinner starts with a wicket in his first over. Guptill holes out straight to the fielder at long-off after scoring 38 from 30 balls.

Guptill was not to the pitch of the ball as he looked to play a big shot and ended up hitting it straight into the hands of Perera at long-off.

Nicol takes a single from the next ball before Brendon McCullum taps the last ball of that over to the leg side for one.
