Ishant replaces Shami Ahmed to bowl the 47th over which means the young Bengal pacer will bowl the 48th and 50th over.

The first ball is on the mark and Gul taps it back to the bowler. He has had enough and chances his arm but holes a catch to Jadeja at long-on as Pakistan losing their grip on the match.

Gul is dismissed for a strange knock of 11 from 28 balls with Pakistan needing 24 from 22 balls for victory with three wickets in hand now.

Pakistan in danger of throwing this match away from a position where they should they registered an easy victory with lots of overs to spare. But strange things happen in cricket and credit to the Indian bowlers for never losing hope.

New batsman Saeed Ajmal hits the third ball to the cover fielder and then looks to pull the next ball but misses it and hits his body for a bye on the off-side.

Hafeez is beaten outside the off-stump as Ishant gets it leave the right-hander.

What a superb over from Ishant, just a single and the wicket of Gul.
