India 97-1 (17 overs) vs England 325-4

The two Indian openers having it easy out in the middle with no pressure at all created by the England spinners. Gambhir picks a single from the first ball before Rahane plays another dot balls and he succumbs to the pressure.

Rahane looks to break the shackles by trying to chip it over the cover region but holes out a simple catch to long-off. Rahane walks back after a good knock of 47 from 57 balls, hitting six fours, having put on 96 runs for the opening wicket with Gambhir.

A good over from Tredwell, conceding just two runs, while getting the all-important breakthrough for England.
