Sammy provided the boost at the end with his blazing innings of 37 from 29 balls, while Bravo smashed 51 from 53 balls. The duo put on an unbroken stand of 67 from 49 balls for the sixth wicket as they went after the Indian bowlers in the final overs.

Kieran Powell (70) and Marlon Samuels (71) also hit half-centuries, putting on 117 from 147 balls for the second wicket to lay a solid foundation for the middle and lower order.
