Wet outfield delays start of 5th India vs Eng Test

The start of the fifth Test match between India and England at the Oval in London on Friday has been delayed due to a wet outfield caused by overnight rain.

The umpires will conduct an inspection of the conditions at 1045 local time (1515 IST) before deciding when the match would start.

England Cricket Board posted a picture of the Oval this morning on Twitter. "Covers are coming off bit by bit at the Kia Oval #EngvInd"
