India win by six wickets in Nottingham, lead series 2-0

Ravindra Jadeja is the new man in. And India win within three overs of his arrival, Rayudu (64 not out) sealing it with a couple off Tredwell. 

India win by six wickets, with seven overs to spare, to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the five-match series.

Raina and Rayudu are combing well for India. A single by the former, in the 35th over by Anderson, helps raise the 50-run partnership for the fourth wicket.

The batting powerplay is taken in the 36th over. Finn to bowl. India get five off it, with Rayudu finding the fence. 

Woakes to bowl the second over. Raina helps himself to two boundaries in the over. 

Rayudu gets two boundaries in Finn's next over to complete a well-deserved half century. 

Tredwell strikes late to have Raina (42) caught by Woakes. 

Raina's 42-ball knock was inclusive of five boundaries and he helped Rayudu add 87 runs for the fifth wicket.

Ambati Rayudu is the new man in. A single off Tredwell helps India get to the 100-run mark, in the 23rd over. 

Kohli (40), who's looking good, pays the price for a momentary lapse of concentration. Stokes has him caught by Tredwell at mid-on. 

Suresh Raina is the new man in. India need less than 100 to win now, with 20 overs left.

Rahane (45) and Kohli add exactly 50 runs for the second wicket before Finn, playing his first match in more than a year, has the former caught behind. 

Rahane's 56-ball knock was inclusive of six hits to the fence and one over it.

It's a twin bowling change for England, Steven Finn replacing Woakes (5-1-20-1) in the 12th over. Rahane hits the fourth ball through extra cover for his fourth boundary, the shot helping India get past the 50-run mark.  

Kohli hits a straight six in Tredwell's second over. Ben Stokes replaces Tredwell (2-0-11-0) in the 15th over and Rahane smashes the third ball for a huge six over long-off.

Dhawan's (16) struggles continue as Woakes has him caught by Morgan at point. 

Virat Kohli, another player struggling, is the new man in. 

India reach 42 for one after 10 overs and in the 11th, England make their first bowling change. 

James Tredwell replaces Anderson (5-0-21-0). He gives away four runs first up.

Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan open the batting for India and it is James Anderson and Chris Woakes first up for England. 

Rahane starts off with a boundary off Woakes before helping himself to successive boundaries in Anderson's second over.

Shami's eighth over, the 47th of the England innings, is an expensive one, 12 runs coming off it with James Tredwell helping himself to successive boundaries on either side of the wicket. 

Jadeja (10-0-38-1) has finished his spell and Ashwin replaces him, for what will be his final over. Buttler hits the first ball for a boundary through covers, the shot helping England get past the 200-run mark.

He strikes with his second ball, getting past Buttler's (42) defense. It's his third wicket of the innings (10-0-39-0).

Kumar to bowl the final over of the innings. It's an expensive over, 18 coming off it, with Tredwell hitting two boundaries and a six.

Tredwell makes 30, his 18-ball innings inclusive of four boundaries and a six, before skying the fifth ball, caught by Kumar himself.

Finn (1) is run out off the last ball as England manage just 227.

England manage just 12 runs in the batting powerplay. Ashwin, Jadeja and Raina have grabbed England by the stranglehold at Trent Bridge. 

The only two boundary for England in the last 10 overs or so have come from Buttler's blade.

Buttler and Woakes (15) add 33 for the seventh wicket before the latter hits a Shami delivery straight to Mohit Sharma in front of deep square.

A direct hit from Mohit Sharma, back again on the field, ends Ian Bell's (28) stay at the crease. Bell's 38-ball stay included no boundaries but he had held fort from one end. 

Ben Stokes is the new man in. He doesn't survive for long. A brilliant one-handed catch by Raina at first slip gives Ashwin his second wicket. 

Stokes made two. Chris Woakes is the new man in. A first ball single helps England get to the 150-run mark, in the 36th over.

Eoin Morgan is the new man in for England. He doesn't survive for long, Ashwin having him caught behind for 10.

Morgan and Bell added 23 runs for the fourth wicket.

Jos Buttler joins Bell at the crease with England in all sorts of trouble.

Joe Root is the new batsman. And Ravindra Jadeja replaces Rayudu (2-0-8-1) in the attack in the 23rd over. 

He strikes with his fourth ball, having Root (2) stumped.

Three quick wickets has completely turned the match. India is now on top.

Ian Bell is the new man in. He is playing his 148th match.

Ambati Rayudu has been introduced into the attack in the 19th over, replacing Shami (5-0-18-0). Four runs come off his first over.

Rayudu strikes in his second over, having Cook (44) stumped.

With the quicks failing to get a wicket, India resort to spin early in the innings. R Ashwin replaces Shami (2-0-12-0) in the attack in the 12th over. Hales smashes the fourth ball to the fence as seven runs come off the over.

Meanwhile, Mohit Sharma has injured his foot and won't bowl again in this match. Shami changes ends, replacing Kumar (6-0-22-0) in the 13th over. 

Suresh Raina replaces Ashwin (3-0-17-0) in the attack in the 18th over. He strikes with his last ball, having Hales (42) caught behind. 

Hales' 55-ball knock was inclusive of five boundaries and he helped his captain add 82 for the opening wicket.

India affect the first bowling change in the eighth over. Mohammed Shami replacing Sharma (3-0-17-0). Hales hits a brilliant straight drive in the second ball for his third boundary.

In Shami's second over Cook helps himself to a boundary to deep backward square leg.England, having just 11 in the first five overs of their innings, manage 37 in the subsequent five.

A single by Hales, in Kumar's sixth over, takes England to the 50-run mark, in the 11th over of their innings.

Mohit Sharma's third over is the first productive one for England, with both the batsman helping themselves to boundaries. In fact Hales gets successive boundaries off the last two balls, both punched through mid-off.

A boundary off Kumar in the next over helps Cook complete 3,000 ODI runs.

India has won the toss and asked England to bat first in the third ODI at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.

India lead the five-match series 1-0, after a comprehensive win in the second match at Cardiff.

Alastair Cook and Alex Hales open the batting for England and it will be Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mohit Sharma first up for India. 

The home team manage just nine runs in the first four overs.
