Eng 464-9 (136 ovs) vs India 457 | Scorecard

Binny, who has bowled just six overs out of the 132 overs sent down, is finally noticed by his captain for his first go with the ball on Day 4.

Root and Anderson have now put on 161 runs for the 10th wicket and need another two runs to break the world record.

Root and Anderson put on 164 runs to create the world record for the highest 10th wicket partnership beating the 163 put on by Australia's Phil Hughes and Ashton Agar at the same venue in 2013.

This is getting out of hand for India with the bowlers not even coming close to taking a wicket and even no. 11 Anderson looks quite comfortable out in the middle.

Anderson is batting on 70, while Root is batting fluently on 134 to take England to 464 for nine in 136 overs, a lead of seven runs.
