India 339-4 (46 ovs) vs SL | Scorecard

Uthappa steers Kulasekara to thirdman for a single to bring Rohit back on strike, who is three away from his double hundred.

Rohit drives the next ball through the covers for a four to bring up his world record double century from 151 balls in grand style, having hit 26 fours and five sixes.

The Mumbai right-hander is the only batsman to hit two double centuries in the history of ODIs. Virender Sehwag and Sachin Tendulkar are the other two batsmen to have scaled the 200-run mark in One-Dayers.

Exactly a year back, Rohit had smashed 209 against Australia in Bangalore in November 2013.

Uthappa smashes the last ball through the covers to end the over with a boundary.
