IPL Live! Delhi thrash Mumbai to break Kotla jinx

Coulter-Nile (4-0-36-1) gives away nine runs in his final over, with Harbhajan hitting a six over deep midwicket. 

Imran Khan (4-0-22-3) ends another impressive spell, giving away just four runs in the penultimate over. He now has 13 wickets in the tournament.

Mathews to bowl the final over. Jayant Yadav takes a spectacular catch to send Harbhajan (9) back. 

Mumbai manage only 153-9 in response. 

Delhi win by 37 runs, their first win in 10 matches, and since 21 April 2013, at the Kotla.

Imran Tahir takes sole possession of the purple cap by having Hardik Pandya (0) caught by Coulter-Nile at long-off. The same combination also ends Rayudu's (30) innings.

Harbhajan Singh joins Rayudu at the crease. However, he remains only a spectator as Tahir gets his third wicket of the over, having Mitchell McClenaghan (0) caught behind.

Mishra strikes again in his third over, having Pollard (10) caught by Nadeem at deep cover. Ambati Rayudu is the new man in. He is lucky to survive as Kedar Jadhav fluffs as easy stumping chance.

A huge six over long-off by Rohit, off Mishra (4-0-32-2), helps Mumbai get to the 100-run mark, in the 13th over. 

Rohit hits another six in the next over by Nadeem. Imran bowls a good second over. 

However, just when things seem to have settled down for Mumbai, Coulter-Nile has Rohit (30) caught by Nadeem. The Mumbai captain's 24-ball innings was inclusive of two sixes, and he helped Rayudu add 49 runs (off 34 balls) for the fifth wicket.

Captain Rohit Sharma walks in to bat with his side in a spot of bother. 

And it will be Amit Mishra replacing Muthuswami (2-0-7-1) in the seventh over. A single by Unmukt, off the second ball, helps Mumbai get to the 50-run mark. 

It's twin spin as Shabaaz Nadeem replaces Mathews in the eighth over. He gives away just five runs. 

Mishra strikes in his second over, having Unmukt (14) stumped. Kieron Pollard joins his captain at the crease. 

More spin. Imran Tahir to bowl the 10th over. Pollard smashes him for a six.

Dominic Muthuswami eventually provides Delhi with the breakthrough in his second over - the fifth of the innings - having Simmons (15) caught by Duminy. A brillaint catch this.

Unmukt Chand is the new man in. 

Angelo Mathews to bowl the sith over, replacing Duminy (1-0-14-0). Parthiv (28) smashes him for a boundary and a six. 

However, a brilliant catch by Imran Tahir in the deep cut short his stay at the crease.

Lendl Simmons and Parthiv Patel to open the batting for Mumbai, and it will be Nathan Coulter-Nile first up for Delhi. Seven runs come off the over, with Parthiv finding the fence. 

Dominic Muthuswami to bowl the second over. He gives away just four runs. Simmons helps himself to a couple of boundaries in Coulter-Nile's second over. 

JP Duminy to bowl the fourth over. Parthiv goes inside out and hits the first boundary to the fence.

Duminy is looking stiff. Maybe cramps. But he looks okay now.

McClenanghan (4-0-38-2) bowls an expensive last over, giving away 13 runs, with Mathews (17) finding the fence twice. 

However, the Kiwi strikes with his final ball, having the Sri Lankan caught behind. Yuvraj Singh is the new man in.

Malinga (4-0-23-1) to bowl the penultimate over. Just six off it. 

Bumrah (4-0-55-1) to bowl the final over. JP (78 not out) smashes the first ball for a six, to reach his highest IPL score. 

Yuvraj (2) hits the third ball straight to Pollard at long-on. 

Delhi manage a formidable 190 for four.

Bumrah goes for 15 in his third over, Duminy hitting a boundary and a six off the last two balls, the latter bring up the 150 runs of the Delhi innings. 

It also helps raise the 150-run partnership for the second wicket. 

It is the highest partnership, for any wicket, in this IPL. 

Malinga to bowl 17th over. He strikes with his fourth ball, shattering Shreyas' leg stump.

Shreyas' 56-ball 83 was inclusive of seven hits to the fence and five over it, and he helped his captain add 154 runs (off just 97 balls) for the secodn wicket. 

Angelo Mathews is the new man in. He begins with a boundary off Malinga.

Harbhajan (4-0-34-0) gives away 18 runs in his final over, with Shreyas hitting successive sixes. The offie had given away 16 runs in his first three. 

A couple of the last ball of that over helps JP Duminy complete a well-deserved half century.

Pollard's second over is expensive as well, Duminy helping himself to a boundary, followed by successive sixes, the second of those helping Delhi reach the 100-run mark - in the 12th over. 

The 11th and 12th overs have costs Mumbai 36 runs, Pollard giving away 20 runs in the latter. In fact, 52 have come off the last five. 

McClenaghan is back to bowl the 13th over. A single by Duminy, off the second ball, helps raise the 100-run partnership for the second wicket. Shreyas hits a six and four in the over as well.

A single by Duminy, off Hardik Pandya, helps Delhi get to the 50-run mark, in the eighth over. Two balls later, Shreyas hits a boundary to raise the 50-run partnership for the second wicket. 

Though it is turning out to be a good stand, the batsmen need to improve on the scoring rate. Just as we say this Shreyas smashes Bumrah for a straight six. 

He follows it up with successive boundaries, the second of which helps him complete a well-deserved half century.

McClenaghan's second over is an expensive one, Shreyas hitting a boundary over mid-on followed by a six over backward point. 

Jasprit Bumrah to bowl the fourth over. Duminy helps himself to successive sixes as 14 runs come off the over. 

Harbhajan Singh replaces McClenaghan (2-0-14-1) in the fifth over and gives away eight runs, including  boundary to Shreyas. 

It's turning out to be a good stand for Delhi. Time for the first strategic time-out.

Mayank Aggarwal and Shreyas Iyer to open the batting for Delhi and it will be Mitchell McClenaghan first up for Mumbai. The Kiwi strikes with his third ball, having Mayank (1) caught by Rayudu. 

JP Duminy is the new man in. Lasith Malinga to bowl the second over. 

He gives away six runs, with Shreyas finding the fence.
