Mitchell Starc to open the bowling and facing him will be Martin Guptill with McCullum at the non-striker end.

The first ball is outside the off-stump which Guptill leaves alone before he takes a single from the next ball on the off-side to get NZ off the mark.

McCullum not holding back as he goes after the first ball he faces, a full delivery which moves in a bit and goes past the outside edge of the bat.

He gives the charge to the next delivery but is unable to get his bat on a full delivery on his pads which comes in.

The next delivery is again full and swings but this time right on the mark, on the stumps and McCullum yet again fails to get his bat on it and is bowled for a duck. A dream start for Australia as the dangerous McCullum walks back without scoring a run in the first over of the innings.

That was the perfect yorker from Starc and to get it right in the first over with a brand new ball is unbelievable.

Kane Williamson walks in at No. 3 and sees out the last ball as Starc completes the first over to give Australia a perfect start in the final.
