Hashim Amla's nightmare tour continues as Ashwin gets him caught at first slip caught off the back of the bat. Even before the umpire could raise his finger, Amla was already making his way back to the pavilion.

Amla walks back for 10 as South Africa stumble to 12 for four in the 12th over.

The South Africa captain went for the sweep but missed it as the ball hit the forearm and then the back of the bat. Wicketkeeper Saha was struck on the shoulder and ended up lobbing a simple catch to Rahane at first slip.

Amla has struggled big time in this Test series, scoring 51 runs in the four innings so far with scores of 43, 0, 7 and 1.

Out walks another out-of-form batsman Faf du Plessis to join AB de Villiers out in the middle.
