Sri Lanka elect to bowl in must-win match, Hales back for England

It is a do or die match for both teams as far as a place in the semi-finals is concerned.

If England win this match, they will go through, knocking out both Sri Lanka and South Africa. However, if they lose their hopes will depend on how the South Africa vs Sri Lanka match pans out.

West Indies have already progressed to the last four following their victory against South Africa, on Friday and England, Sri Lanka and South Africa are all in contention.

If England lose to Sri Lanka followed by South Africa's victory against Sri Lanka they will be out of the World T20.

A big win against England will put Sri Lanka in pole position for a place in the semis, even if they lose to South Africa in their last match.

So, everything to play for both England and Sri Lanka at the Kotla.
