Welcome to the live updates of the 3rd match of IPL season 10 as Gujarat Lions get ready to lock horns with former champs Kolkata Knight Riders in Rajkot.
Gujarat Lions will miss the services of Dwayne Bravo who is still recovering from the hamstring injury he sustained during the Big Bash League about three months ago.
They will also be without talismanic player Ravindra Jadeja who has been rested for the early part of the league.
Meanwhile, KKR have maintained their side over the years.
They will miss Andre Russell but they are not short of good batsmen with the likes of Robin Uthappa and captain Gautam Gambhir two of the formidable batsmen in the team.
They also have in the mix Trent Boult and Chris Woakes two of the most expensive buys for the franchise this season.
