Mumbai 37-0 (4 ovs) vs KKR 178-7 | Scorecard

Mumbai Indians have a huge run chase on their hands and their hopes will largely rest on how their openers -- Parthiv Patel and Jos Buttler -- fare in the first six overs.

Left-arm pacer Trent Boult to start off with the ball. Two dot balls to begin with before Parthiv slashes a wide delivery past point for a four and then takes a single off the fifth ball.

Buttler gets off the mark with a four from the first ball he faces, whipping the last ball of the over through the leg side for a four.

Chris Woakes to bowl the second over. He starts with a leg side wide to Parthiv before he gets two leg byes as Woakes again bowls on the pads.

Parthiv takes a single before Woakes bowls another wide on the off-side to Buttler, who picks a single as just six runs come from the over.

In the next over, Parthiv plays a cracking drive off Boult through the covers for a four followed by two runs off the last ball.

Buttler flicks Woakes fine over the leg side for a six and then gets two runs off the last ball as Lynn gets injured in his attempt to stop the ball running back from mid-off as he ends up injuring his shoulder and walks off the field.

Mumbai are off to a good start as they reach 37 for no loss in four overs with both Buttler and Parthiv on 15 each.
