Rabada continues, he strays down leg, Gambhir hits it through deep mid-wicket for a boundary. 

A wide by Rabada and KKR win in style.

KKR need 5 to win off 24 balls.

Jackson opens the blade and whips it through backward point for a boundary.

He uses his wrists and a misfield at short mid-wicket helps Jackson run two.

Gambhir plays the ball through the gap in the covers for a superb boundary. 

Gambhir then hits one down to third man.

Jackson ends the over with a four off deep backward square leg.

Morris leaks 16 runs off the over.

Rabada gets the breakthrough. Manish Pandey beaten by the pace and his stumps go flying. Pandey gone for 5.

Sheldon Jackson at the crease and gets off  the mark with a single. 

KKR need 21 off the last 5 overs.

Mishra getting tonked and gives 13 off the over.

Gambhir sweeps him fine for boundary, he then cuts him and bisects two fielders for a boundary through point.

He then takes a single to complete 4000 runs in IPL history.

Pandey then gets into the act and hits a four through long-on.

48 needed off 48 balls and Gambhir pulls Anderson for a boundary through mid-wicket.

Karun Nair gets a direct hit and finds Uthappa miles out of his crease. 

That is the end of a good innings. Uthappa gone for 59.

Manish Pandey comes in to bat and he gets off the mark immediately. He whips the ball off his hips for a single.

Short and wide and Gambhir scores two runs down to deep extra cover.

Gambhir gets to his fifty with a four square off the wicket.

12 come off that over.

Mishra back into the attack.

A wide ball and Uthappa smashes it for a huge six on the on-side.

Cummins continues.

Gambhir gets a single down to third man. 

It's a quiet over so far. 

Gambhir tries to whack the ball but gets only a single. A good over by Delhi that.

Uthappa tucks the ball away for single. Half-century for Uthappa -- 4th this IPL season.

Gambhir drives for a run.

Short ball, Gambhir slaps the ball for a four as the 100 comes up for KKR.

Now it's Cummins chance to get some stick.

Uthappa smacks Cummins for a massive six over deep mi-wicket.

The batsmen run for a couple of singles, brings Uthappa back on strike.

This time he hits the full length delivery straight over mid-off for a boundary.

Uthappa pulls Morris for the first six of the innings, 

He follows that up with another boundary through the on-side over mid-wicket.

Another six! Uthappa uses his wrists to send the ball into the crowds for another maximum.

Again, a flick of the wrists and a single for Uthappa.

Gambhir and Uthappa scamper for a single.

Another single down to third man and 19 runs off that over!

Amit Mishra comes into the attack and Gambhir latches on to him from get go.

He dances down the track and gets a boundary on the on side.

He then takes a single. 

Uthappa uses the pace of the ball to get a boundary at backward point.

Gambhir gets another boundary through mid-wicket. He goes inside-out and another four to end the innings.

18:24   KKR lose Narine early

Kolkata 47-1 (6 overs) Delhi: 160-6 (20 overs) Scorecard

Rabada continues. 

Uthappa gets a life. Sends the ball high in the air. Three fielders converge but no one takes it.

Rabada gives away four leg byes. Uthappa chips it in the air, good effort by the fielder who can't get to it and the ball races to the boundary.

Strategic time out called.

Cummins introduced. 

He gets Uthappa to play but the ball falls short of first slip. The batsmen scamper for a run,

Good start for Cummins. Now he makes Gambhir play.

Gambhir uses the pace to hit the ball off his hips for a boundary down past short fine leg.

6 runs off the over and good start by Dehi bowlers here.

Chris Morris bowls an economical over giving away just four runs in the 4th over.

Zaheer Khm continues but walks off the field after bowling the first ball of the 3rd over.

Injury concerns here for the captain. Karun Nair stand in for Zaheer.

Anderson steps in for Zaheer is hammered for a boundary through point.

18:04   Rabada strikes!

Kolkata 18-1 (2 overs) Delhi: 160-6 (20 overs) Scorecard

Kasigo Rabada gets a game and will be Zaheer's strike partner.

Rabada goes through Narine's defences, the ball crashes into middle and off and KKR lose their first wicket.

Robin Uthappa gets off to a good start. 

A flick of the wrists and the ball races down to deep mid-wicket, a misfield at the boundary line and a four for Uthappa. 

10 and a wicket off the over.

Four byes for KKR. Rabada bowls a bouncer, keeper cannot reach it and that is a four.

Zaheer opens the bowling.

Narine swings his bat but does not connect. Play and a miss.

Narine dances down the track but gets very little of the bat. One run to open his account. 

Gambhir checks his shot, slower ball and the ball falls in to the infield. Two runs for Gambhir.

Gambhir runs for a single, the ball goes down to square leg.

Narine hits the first boundary of the innings, He hits it over the infield and 8 runs come off the first over. 

KKR need 161 runs to win at 8.05 runs per over and it will interesting to see how Zaheer Khan utilises his bowlers in stopping the rampaging Kolkata Knight Riders in their stride!

17:40   Coulter-Nile stars with the ball

Delhi: 160-6 (20 overs) vs Kolkata | Scorecard

KKR bowlers have done well to keep Delhi's scoring rate down.

Coulter-Nile bowling the final over and the first ball is clipped for a four on the on-side by Bawne. 

Same shot but the fielder cuts it on the bounce this time. One run for Bawne.

Slower, short ball and Morris heaves but takes evasive action as the ball goes down to the keeper.

Coulter-Nile strikes again! 

Morris slices the ball and the ball goes towards Woakes at deep mid-wicket, who dives forward to complete the catch. Morris gone for 11.

Just one boundary given in the last four overs and perfect bowling by KKR to restrict Delhi to just 160-6.

Woakes brought back into the attack by Gambhir.

Bawne his a streaky shot down to deep mid-wicket and that brings up the 150.

Was that a wide? 

Bawne digs out the yorker and gets a single down to mid-wicket.

Morris has to be content with a single.

Bawne flicks his wrists, the ball goes in the air but the fielder cuts off the runs. Just five runs coming off the over.

After receiving two lives in the last over, Anderson finally departs. This time he is run out!

Anderson pushes the ball on the off side to Gambhir, a hesitation by Morris at the other end and Anderson runs back only to find himself short of the crease as Sheldon Jackson rips the stumps to send the big man back to the pavillion.

Bawe comes to the crease and Narine gives just three runs and a wicket in the over.

Kuldeep Yadav drops a catch off his own bowling. Corey Anderson gets a life.

Again Anderson hits it back straight into the hands of Kuldeep, much harder this time and the bowler spills the ball again.

17:19   Delhi reduced to 140-4

Delhi: 140-4 (15.1 overs) vs Kolkata | Scorecard

Coulter Nile back in the attack and strikes first ball. 

He traps Rishabh Pant in front of the stumps, to dismiss the batsman leg before for 6.

Chris Morris takes strikes and guides the ball fine down to the third man boundary.

He follows that win a run down to backward square leg.

Iyer then smacks the width ball through the covers for a boundary through extra cover.

Coulter-Nile strikes again. Clips Iyer's back pad, catches him right in front of the stumps. 

Umpire Nigel Long lifts the finger and Iyer is gone for a well made 47.

Nine runs and 2 wickets of the over.

Narine back in the attack.

WOW! Wide ball. Iyer rocks onto the backfoot and places the ball well, bisecting the fielders for a boundary through backward point.

Pant follows that up with a single through the on side, a quick run there.

Umesh Yadav comes back.,

A shocking misfield by Yusuf Pathan at the deep allows Delhi to get a boundary.

The ball bounced after landing in front of him at third man and instead of gripping the ball in his hands, tipped it over the line.

Samson launches into Yadav. Short ball and Samson sends it sailing over the long-on boundary into the stands.

Yadav gets his revenge. Late movement, Samson walks across the pitch, gets hit on the pads right in front of the stumps. 

Samson out leg before for a well-made 60 off 39 deliveries.

15 runs and a wicket come in that over.

17:03   Batsmen go after De Grandhomme


Delhi: 108-1 (13 overs) vs Kolkata | Scorecard

The batsmen complete a 50-run partnership in the over and 15 runs come off the over.

De Grandhomme comes into the attack.

He is welcomed with a lovely pull for a four.

Iyer continues his assault over De Grandhomme. Tonks him for a huge six.

The batsmen nearly run-out, Manish Pandey misfields and the batsmen run for a couple. Another  quick run later, the umpire calls for strategic timeout.

Samson gets to his half-century with a big six off Kuldeep Yadav.

The batsmen are satisfied with just rotating the strike off the next three balls.

10 off the 12th over.

Five runs from the Umesh Yadav over.

Delhi players just cannot pierce the field here.

16:50   Frustrate Iyer, Samson

Delhi: 78-1 (10 overs) vs Kolkata

Narine continues.

The big runs have dried up for Delhi.

Bottom edge and 2 runs down to third man to Iyer, good fielding there by Yusuf Pathan.

Six runs off the over. 

After the early big-hitting, Samson has gone into his shell and Iyer is content with just rotating the strike. Not good signs for Delhi here as the match is seeing a bit of a lull now, 

Woakes back into the attack and the batsmen are again just happy to rotate the strike.

That is one for the over. Woakes is clipped through the pads to long-on for a single. 

That is five runs in the over and strategic timeout is called.

16:39   Narine strikes for KKR

Delhi: 66-1 (8 overs) vs Kolkata

Kuldeep Yadav continues. 

Samson and Iyer are just running just the ones and twos.

The plug has been put on the big shots.

18 runs have come off the last 3 overs, that is run-a-ball and that is not the best showing for the batsmen in this format.

Umesh Yadav comes back into the attack.

Samson flicks it through his hips, great fielding in the deep, Woakes dives and stops the ball from going past the boundary line.

Keep the runs down to two.

Seven runs come off the over.

Left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav introduced into the attack.

Shreyas Iyer comes in to bat at number 3. 

The batsmen are just taking the singles now, playing watchfully. 

It's not easy to pick Kuldeep and the batsmen don't want to risk the big shots. Just five runs come off the over.

16:25   Nair gone for 15

Delhi: 48-1 (5 overs) vs Kolkata

Sunil Narine nearly has Nair's wicket. The ball misses the leg stump by a hair's breadth.

Four wides now for Nair. 

Narine strikes and Nair is gone leg before. He is hit flush on the back foot and the umpire had no doubts.

Nair gone for 15.

Kolkata bring in Chris Woakes as first change bowler.
But the paceman is welcomed with two crisp boundaries on the off-side by Samson. 

Delhi take 10 runs off the over.

16:17   KKR made to chase leather

Delhi: 31-0 (3 overs) vs Kolkata

Back-to-back boundaries here for Nair. 

The 2nd one was class. Timed well and the ball races to the boundary through covers.

Another boundary, slow ball and Samson guides the ball to a boundary through slips.

Three boundaries already in this over and the pitch looks an impeccable strip. 

Dot ball to end the over.

Umesh Yadav bowling the 2nd over.

Samson gets a four now.

Superb delivery to Nair.

The ball jags back in and clips the top of Nair's pads, they run a single.

Samson ends the over with the first six of the evening!

Nathan Coulter-Nile bowls a good opening over. 

After bowling five great deliveries, he strays down the leg side and Nair gets the first boundary of the match on the on-side.

16:05   Can Delhi surprise KKR?

Welcome to the updates of match 32 of the Indian Premier League.

A rampaging Kolkata Knight Riders stand in the way of Delhi Daredevils' revival plan as the two teams, with contrasting runs so far.

KKR have 12 points from eight matches at a commanding net run rate of +1.153 while Mumbai Indians, the other form team, have +0.514.

Time is running out fast for DD, who are languishing at seventh in the eight-team standings with four points from six matches.

It will be interesting to see if Zaheer-led Delhi turn their fortunes and kick-start their winning streak.
