India 67-1 (10 ovs) vs SL | Scorecard

Rohit has not had much of the strike. He decides to join the party as he clips Mathews through midwicket for a couple before lofting the medium pacer over the covers for a four, his first of the day.

Spin introduced early as left-arm spinner Malinda Pushpakumara comes into the attack in place of Fernando, who was hit for runs in his last two overs.

Kohli has a close shave as he looks to steal a quick single at square leg but is sent halfway down. Kohli does well to dive full length to make his crease just in the nick of time.

A tidy start from the left-arm spinner, giving away just three singles in his first over.

India keen to target Mathews and not let him bowl his overs cheaply. Rohit pulls a slightly short delivery over midwicket for a six to bring up India's 50, in the ninth over.

Kohli continues his attacking approach. He drives Pushpakumara through the covers for a couple before smashing the next ball straight as it goes for a four despite hitting the stumps at the non-striker's end.

Kohli continues to find the boundaries as he flays the spinner through the covers for another four. He comes down and smashes it powerfully straight but it hits the stumps at the bowler's end and saves some runs for Sri Lanka.

India have raced to 67 for one in 10 overs, with Kohli on 44 from 35 balls and Rohit on 17 from 19 balls.
