India 28-6 (16 ovs) vs SL | Scorecard

Finally, a shot off the middle as Pandya plays a cracking drive off the front foot through the covers for a delightful boundary off Lakmal.

Pandey is caught in two minds as he initially tries to poke at a wide one before he leaves it alone. The Sri Lankan appeals for a catch to the wicketkeeper but the umpire is not interested and they also don't go for the review.

The last ball is slightly short as Pandya goes hard at it, but the fielder at point does well to come up with a diving save and keep it down to just two runs.

Pradeep cripples India further with the wicket of Pandya, who again tries to withdraw his bat but gets an edge and is caught at first slip for 10.

Two balls later, Sri Lanka take the DRS after the umpire turns down the appeal for LBW against Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Umpire Simon Fry's decision stands as the ball tracker shows that the ball would have clipped the top of the stumps and it stays with the umpire's call.

India's batting in complete shambles on 28 for six in 16 overs.
