Left-arm spinner Pathirana comes back. Iyer comes down the track and is hit on the pads but the umpire turns down the leg before wicket appeal.

Rohit then cuts the next ball but the fielder lets one go through his hands to gift India a boundary.

In the next over, Rohit drills a full toss from Lakmal through the covers for a four to take India past the 200-run mark, in the 35th over.

In the same over, Iyer makes room but can't beat the fielder at point as Sri Lanka appeal for the catch but the ball has bounced and the TV umpire confirms the same.

Lakmal tries the bouncer as Iyer goes low and tries the ramp but fails to make connection.

India looking set for a huge total as they reach 204 for one in 35 overs with Rohit on 92 and Iyer on 38.
