So that concludes the Players' Auction for the 10th edition of the Indian Premier League. A total of 61 players were sold out of the 351 who were up for grabs.

England all-rounder Ben Stokes stole the show with a top bid of Rs. 14.5 crore, the second highest in the history of the IPL Auctions.

He was closely followed by his England team mate Tymal Mills as the left-arm pacer was snapped by Royal Challengers Bangalore for a massive Rs. 12 crore.

The foreign fast bowlers were in demand as South African Kagiso Rabada and New Zealand's Trent Boult were bought for Rs. 5 crore each by Delhi Daredevils and Kolkata Knight Riders respectively.

Delhi also bought Australia pacer Pat Cummins for Rs. 4.5 crore, while KKR splurged Rs. 4.2 crore to purchase England pacer Chris Woakes.

The surprise pick of the IPL Auction was no doubt Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan, who was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs. 4 crore, while KKR snapped up Australia pacer Nathan Coulter-Nile for 3.5 crore.

However, some international stars like Ishant Sharma, Imran Tahir, Mitchell Santner, Colin Munro, James Neesham failed to find buyers.
