Pak 164-9 (33.4 ovs); D/L Target: 289 in 41 ovs | Scorecard

Jadeja and Pandya running through the Pakistan middle order with both claiming two wickets apiece.

Jadeja nearly gets another one as left-hander Amir makes room but fails to connect with the ball passing close to the stumps.

Both Jadeja and Pandya have identical figures of two for 43 in eight overs.

Umesh is unlucky not to bag a wicket as Jadhav puts down the simplest of catches on the field. Shadab gets a big fat top edge trying to swing it on the leg side which spoons high on the off-side and Jadhav despite having all the time in the world drops the easy offering.

And all the Indian fielders are in complete disbelief at the dropped catch. Very rarely do international players put down such easy chances.

Bumrah comes in from the other end as India go for the kill and look to finish off Pakistanis as soon as possible.

Bumrah bowls a quick bouncer which Shadab somehow swats to fine leg and takes a quick single despite the direct hit.

Umesh ends Amir's innings as he has the left-hander caught in the covers for 14 and this time Jadhav holds on to the catch.

Two balls later, Umesh strikes again as Hasan Ali hits a short ball directed at his body straight to the fielder at midwicket to fall for a duck.

Wahab Riaz is unable to bat because of injury which means that India have completed an easy victory in their opening match.
