England 6-2 (2 ovs) vsAus 277-9 | Scorecard

We are underway with England's innings as Mitchell Starc starts off with the ball for Australia.

Jason Roy makes a confident start as he plays a cracking straight drive off the first ball for a four.

But the pacer gets revenge off the very next delivery, trapping Roy leg before wicket for four. The England opener decides the take the review without consulting his partner and it goes against him and the decision stands as Roy's poor run with the bat continues.

Joe Root gets off the mark with a single before Alex Hales defends the last three balls oft he over.

Josh Hazlewood also strikes in his next over. He bowls the perfect outswinger, full and moving away as Hales is forced to have a poke but he only manages the edge to be caught behind for a duck.

Eoin Morgan cautiously defends the rest of the over as England look to rebuild after the loss of the openers.

A dream start for Australia with the ball as England are reduced to six for two in two overs.
