Following that wicket, India would look to take control of the proceedings and pull back the scoring rate of the Australia.

Renshaw continues his good start as he leans forward and drives a full delivery from Ashwin through the covers for a four. He has shown good intent and has been positive right from the start, making most of the loose deliveries and not letting the Indian bowlers settle down.

Jadeja getting settled into his role as he sends down a quick over with Smith picking up a single from the fifth ball.

In the next over, Smith shuffles across and flicks Ashwin on the leg side for a single. If he had miss that or if the ball had kept low, Smith would have been dead in front of the stumps.

After the first hour, Australia have done well to reach 64 for one in 15 overs.
