Dhawan, Rohit hit 50s to power India to 202

Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma smashed half-centuries and Virat Kohli played a quickfire cameo at the end to power India to a massive 202 for three in their 20 overs.

Interestingly, Dhawan and Rohit hit 80 each off 52 and 55 balls respectively.

Dhawan started off his aggressively hitting 10 fours and two sixes, while Rohit cut loose after a steady start as he smashed six fours and four sixes.

Kohli provided the boost at the end as he hammered a quickfire 26 from 11 balls, laced with three sixes.

For New Zealand, leg-spinner Ish Sodhi claimed two for 25 in four overs.
