SL 202-7 (55 ovs) vs India 172 | Scorecard

Shami in the midst of an excellent spell as Chandimal is beaten a few times outside the off-stump before he finally edges one.

A gentle outswinger as Chandimal comes forward and tentatively pokes only to get the edge which is easily taken by wicketkeeper Saha.

Chandimal walks back for 28 as Sri Lanka are reduced to 201 for seven, having lost three wickets for 10 runs for one run.

Shami is literally making the ball talk as left-hander Rangana Herath is beaten by a full delivery moving away. The next ball is short as Herath goes for the pull but misses and then gets a big leading edge off the last ball which falls safely on the off-side.

The ball is doing things at the moment and India's pacers have done well to bring their team back into the contest.
