3rd Test: England elect to bowl; Pant debuts for India

England captain Joe Root has won the toss and elected to bowl against India on a green looking wicket at Trent Bridge.

Hosts England, who lead 2-0, have made one change as Ben Stokes comes in for Sam Curran which Root describes as a "very difficult decision."

"We would have also elected to bat if we had won the toss," states captain Virat Kohli.

India have made three changes as Shikhar Dhawan, Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant come into the team in place of Murali Vijay, Kuldeep Yadav and Dinesh Karthik respectively.
