Lyon gets a break as pacer Hazlewood comes in from the other end. Ashwin gets a leading edge off the first ball as he tries to turn it on the leg side but it falls safely before he keeps strike with a single from the last ball.

Change of ends for off-spinner Lyon as he takes over from Cummins. Ashwin picks one from the first ball before Pujara glances the third ball fine for two runs.

Pujara drives the fourth ball straight down the ground past mid-on for three runs to raise the 50-run stand for the seventh wicket with Ashwin from 117 balls.

Pujara clips Hazlewood's last ball to deep square leg for two runs as India reach 180 for six in 70 overs.

Pujara has shown a lot of patience and determination to score 71 from 186 balls, while Ashwin has made 17.
