India 112-7 (48 ovs) vs SA 286 | Scorecard

Pandya decides to take things in his hands as he smashes Philander over mid-off for a four. Two balls later, he steers a wide delivery past point for another boundary to bring up India's 100, in the 43rd over.

Pandya is looking to counter-attack, having already stroked his way to 24 from 20 balls, having hit five fours already.

Pandya then chips down the track and flicks Philander through midwicket for the third four of the over, which makes even Captain Kohli smile in the dressing room.

Rabada replaces Philander, who was hit for three overs in his previous over by Pandya. He takes a single off the first ball before Bhuvneshwar plays out the rest of the over.

Morkel replaces Steyn at the other end. He makes the mistake of pitching it up to Pandya, who crashes it through the covers for a four and then takes a single from the fifth ball.

Rabada produces a beauty to beat Pandya on the outside edge before he comes up with a similar delivery with lot of bounce and swing to beat the right-hander yet again.

The first hour of the second session has belonged to South Africa with India reduced to 112 for seven in 48 overs, losing three wickets for 36 runs.
