SA 169-7 (60 ovs) vs India 187 | Scorecard

Philander seems to be in some pain after that blow in the previous over as every time he hits the ball he immediately takes the right hand off the handle.

Bumrah comes into the attack in place of Ishant, who gets just one over in the post-tea session before he is taken off.

Amla picks a quick single on the off-side before Philander keeps out an awkward delivery which bounces more than expected and he does well to keep it down.

The last ball is a snorter, moving away with a lot of bounce and Philander must consider himself lucky not to have got an edge on it.

Another bowling change as Shami replaces Bhuvneshwar, who bowled a short spell of just two overs.

Amla keeps the scoreboard ticking as he picks up another quick run, dropping a short ball on the off-side and setting off immediately.

The next ball again bounces a bit more as Philander has to fend it on the off-side. But he rocks back and gets on one leg before slapping the next ball from Shami through the covers for a four.

Philander is playing a crucial knock with the bat here, he has stroked his way to an useful innings of 27.

Bumrah beats Philander outside the off-stump with the extra bounce before he steers the next ball through the gully region for two runs.

The third ball again bounces as Philander is hit on the gloves but the ball falls just short of wicketkeeper Parthiv.

However, Bumrah strikes two balls later with the big wicket of Amla, who hits one straight to the fielder at deep midwicket.

Amla walks back after a good innings of 61 from 121 balls, as South Africa are reduced to 169 for seven.
