Jadeja continues as Chase turns the third ball through square leg for two runs to close in on his half-century.

Umesh getting some reverse as the ball tails into the right-hander Jason Holder, who defends the first three balls before punching the fourth through the covers for a four to get off the mark.

Chase hits Jadeja through the off-side for one to take his score to 49. Holder looks to defend Jadeja but gets a thick inside edge for two runs to fine leg before he blocks the rest of the over.

Chase glances a full delivery from Umesh on the leg side for one to complete his half-century, from 81 balls.

He survives a huge shout for leg before off the last ball as Umesh gets the ball to come in sharply but it is slipping down the leg side.

Holder plays another beautiful shot, driving the last ball of the session, from Jadeja through the covers for a four.

At the tea break, West Indies are 197 for six in 65 overs, with Chase unbeaten on 50 and Holder on 10.
