England 313-9 (118 ovs) vs India | Scorecard

Spinner Ravindra Jadeja begins proceedings after the lunch break. Stuart Broad sweeps the second ball fine on the leg side for a single before Buttler gets an outside edge past the slips for two runs and then keeps strike with a single from the last ball.

Jasprit Bumrah to bowl from the other end. Buttler picks a single off the first ball before Broad gets an edge which goes past the second slip fielder for one and Buttler gets another run off the last ball.

Jadeja ends India's frustration with the wicket of Broad, who is caught at mid-on for 38. He looks for a big hit down the ground but fails to find the distance as Rahul sprints back and does well to hold on with a dive at the end, to end the 98-run stand for the ninth wicket.

Poor cricket by India as the field is still kept back and Buttler manages to keep strike with a single to long-off.
