Afg 153-3 (33 ovs) vs England 397-6 | Scorecard

Rashid bowls a beauty to beat Shahidi on the outside edge before he sweeps the next ball for a single.

Afghan then watchfully defends the remaining three balls to end the Rashid over.

Wood continues to bowl short at Shahidi who pulls it fine on the leg side for a four. The next ball is again a half-tracker as Shahidi shuffles across and helps it along to fine leg for one.

He then clips a full delivery through square leg for two runs before he swings a short ball over the long-on fence for a six. This is brave batting from Shahidi, who was earlier struck on the helmet.

An angry Wood responds with a quick bouncer which Shahidi ducks under.

Afghan then joins in the party as he misses the slog sweep but makes good connection two balls later for a six over midwicket.

Rashid gives it a lot of flight as Shahidi comes down the track and smashes it over long-off for the second six of the over as Afghanistan cross the 150-run mark, in the 33rd over.

That last six has taken the tally of sixes in the match to 31 -- the most in an One-Day International.

Afghanistan are looking to push on the tempo, hitting 27 from the last two overs.
