Jadeja hits fifty to keep India afloat

Sodhi continues as Kuldeep and Jadeja take a single each off the first two balls before the former plays out the last four balls.
In the next over, Jadeja taps the first ball from Ferguson on the off-side for one before Kuldeep guides the third ball to thirdman for a single.
Jadeja then throws his bat at a wide delivery and is beaten on the outside edge. He gets a thick inside edge on the next ball as Ferguson gets it to come in sharply.
Kuldeep growing in confidence as he sweeps Sodhi fine on the leg side for two runs and then slog sweeps the next ball for another couple of runs.
Ferguson hits Kuldeep on the arm with a quick short ball as the physio comes out to attend. He then tries to swing the fifth ball through the leg side but gets a thick outside edge which flies over the slips for a four.
Boult is back into the attack. Jadeja pulls the fourth ball towards fine leg for two runs to bring up his fifty, from from 47 balls.
He again pulls the next ball for another couple of runs before the pacer bowls a short ball which goes high over the wicketkeeper for five wides and he keeps strike with one from the last ball.
