Jadeja decides to cut loose and score some quick runs. He goes after spinner Santner, hitting two successive fours and a six off the first three balls.
He gets an edge off the first ball for a four before hitting the next through midwicket for successive fours.
Jadeja then slogs the third ball high over midwicket for a six before taking a single off the fifth ball to race to 31 from as many balls.
India have struggled with the bat, as they are reduced to 130 for eight in 30 overs.
Jadeja not holding back as he crashes Neesham through the covers for a four and then takes a single to thirdman.
A single to Kuldeep Yadav off a misfield on the off-side as he gets off the mark before Jadeja takes one.
Kuldeep then is caught in surprise by a quick short ball from Neesham and he does well to fend it away.
Leg-spinner Ish Sodhi comes into the attack, the seventh bowler of the game for the Kiwis.
A single to Jadeja off the first ball as the bowlers misfields one hit back straight back at him before Kuldeep sweeps the fourth ball for a four.
Jadeja then lofts the last ball straight down the ground, clearing the long-off fence for a six.
