New Zealand beat Zimbabwe, level series
New Zealand scored an empatic eight-wicket win over Zimbabwe in the second one-day cricket international in Wellington on Thursday.
The result ties the three match series 1-1 with the third match in Auckland on Sunday.
Zimbabwe, winning the toss, were 236 for seven after 50 overs.
Opener Alistair Campbell scored his fifth one-day international century when topscoring with 111. During his innings Campbell brought up 4000 runs in limited overs cricket.
Craig McMillan had the best bowling figures of two for 30 off eight overs.
New Zealand raced to the winning total, 237 for two, in the 46th over with Nathan Astle not out 89. Mathew Sinclair was run out for 85.
