Wills Trophy postponed indefinitely

The Wills Trophy limited-overs cricket tournament, to be held at West Zone venues from February 8-14, has been postponed indefinitely.

Board of Control for Cricket in India executive secretary Sharad Diwadkar informed on Thursday that the board was forced to postpone the tournament as the dates clashed with those of the conditioning camp, at Madras from February 5 to 10, for the Indian probables for the home series against Australia.

"The new dates will be announced during the executive committee meeting at Delhi on January 22," he added.
