India to play four Tests in England

India will play four Tests and take part in a one-day triangular series also involving Sri Lanka on their tour of England next year, a cricket official said on Tuesday.

"We will play four Tests and a triangular one-day series prior to that," Board of Control for Cricket in India secretary Jaywant Lele said over telephone from Baroda.

Sri Lanka will take part in the one-day tournament in June and July following their first three-Test tour of England.

Test dates:
Sri Lanka in England
May 17-21: 1st Test, Lord's.
31 May-June 4: 2nd Test, Birmingham.
June 13-17: 3rd Test, Manchester.

India in England
July 25-29: 1st Test, England v India, Lord's.
Aug 8-12: 2nd Test, Nottingham.
Aug 22-26: 3rd Test, Leeds.
Sept 5-9: 4th Test, The Oval
