Jacobs to lead Busta XI team v India

Wicketkeeper Ridley Jacobs will lead a Busta XI side to play India in a three-day tour game starting in St.Lucia on April 26, a West Indies cricket board official said on Monday.

Jacobs, who has played 37 Tests, was replaced with Junior Murray for the ongoing Test series against India after a lacklustre performance in Sharjah against Pakistan earlier this year.

The 12-member squad also includes former Test players Wavell Hinds, Daren Ganga, Dinanath Ramnarine and Ryan Hinds.

The third India-West Indies Test will be played in Barbados from May 2-6.

Busta XI squad: Ridley Jacobs (captain), Devon Smith, Daren Ganga, Wavell Hinds, Ryan Hinds, Tino Best, Kerry Jeremy, Dinanath Ramnarine, Darren Powell, Gareth Breese, Pedro Collins, Runako Morton.
