Hussain to attend Hollioake's memorial service

England captain Nasser Hussain will represent the team at Ben Hollioake's memorial service in Perth on Wednesday, coach Duncan Fletcher said on Tuesday.

"A few of the guys wanted to go but logistically this was not possible. As captain, Nasser is the appropriate person to go," Fletcher said.

England's chairman of selectors David Graveney, who is in New Zealand, will also attend the service of the England player who died in a car accident on Saturday morning.

Hussain will leave Auckland, where England take on New Zealand in the third and final test which starts on Saturday, early on Wednesday morning for the afternoon service in Perth, Australia.

He will return to Auckland on Friday morning.

The rest of the England team will hold a private ceremony in Auckland to coincide with the cremation in Perth on Thursday.
