Elaborate security arrangements have been made at the Wankhede Stadium, which will host the fourth match of the triangular one-day cricket series, between India and Australia on November 1 at Mumbai.

The Mumbai police has banned certain articles inside the stadium on match day.

Persons carrying crackers, plastic bottles, papers, match boxes, lighters, transistors, cameras, musical instruments and cellular phones would not be allowed to enter the stadium, a police statement said.

The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has also made arrangements for drinking water through several taps and sale of eatables, police said adding that eatables from outside and in lunch boxes would not be allowed while that in transparent bags would be permitted.

Police have appealed to the spectators to keep their entry passes carefully till the match gets over and produce it whenever asked by the officials inside the stadium.
