Karnataka beat Andhra by five wickets in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group A match to record their first win of the season at the RSI grounds in Bangalore on Tuesday. They scored the required 155 runs from 39.4 overs at the loss of five wickets.
Earlier in the morning, resuming on 188 for six, the visitors were all out for 245, setting a victory target of 155 for Karnataka, who had gained a first innings lead of 91.
Karnataka secured four points from the encounter, taking their tally to six while Andhra remain on two points.
