Colombo to host all matches

The Board of Control for Cricket in India confirmed on Thursday that next month's tri-series in Sri Lanka will be played entirely in Colombo and not partly in Dambulla as originally scheduled.

The series, featuring South Africa, India and hosts Sri Lanka, will take place from August 14-29.

Five of the seven matches will now be played under floodlights at the R Premadasa stadium while the other two will be held at the Sinhalese Sports Club.

Revised schedule:

Aug 14: Sri Lanka v South Africa (day/night)

Aug 16: Sri Lanka v India (day/night)

Aug 19: India v South Africa (day)

Aug 21: Sri Lanka v South Africa (day)

Aug 24: Sri Lanka v India (day/night)

Aug 26: India v South Africa (day/night)

Aug 29: Final (day/night)
